Every Reset Block Includes
- Straightening and resetting living areas
- Trash removal
- Surface wipe-downs of visible touchpoints
- Kitchen refresh including counters and sink
- Bathroom refresh including sink, mirror, and toilet exterior
- Vacuuming or sweeping primary floor areas
Household Support Tasks
- Laundry rotation (wash, dry, fold)
- Dish management (load/unload dishwasher or hand wash overflow)
- Light organization zones (pantry, closet, etc.)

- 15% OFF First-time clients receive 15% off their initial visit
- 5% OFF Bi-weekly recurring service discount
- 8% OFF Weekly recurring service discount
Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning services are not eligible for discounts.
Reset Program Incentives
- 10% OFF Postpartum Relief Program — 10% off reset blocks for first 12 weeks postpartum (Tier 4–5 capped at 8%)
- $25 Expecting Parent Welcome Credit — $25 credit toward first reset block
- 5–8% Prepaid Reset Savings — 4 blocks prepaid: 5% savings / 8 blocks prepaid: 8% savings

Terms & Conditions
- 1 Payment is collected at the time of booking.
- 2 Final pricing may change if information provided does not match the actual home condition during walkthrough or photos/videos.
- 3 Appointments cannot be changed or canceled on the day of service. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows are charged the full service price.
- 4 Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice.
- 5 Clients must provide accurate booking details and safe access to the home.
- 6 Pets must be secured during service.
- 7 Damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.
- 8 Valere Solutions may decline service in unsafe working conditions.
